After experiencing colds, respiratory allergies and headaches for many years, I have been free of same since November of 2004. The method involves simple hygiene tips and requires no medications or herbal remedies. No daily routine is required. I only need to take action if I notice congestion, coughing, sneezing, or other signs that I might be catching something or having a histamine reaction to some unknown irritant.
I enjoyed sharing this information with a number of friends and relatives who found that the method worked for them also. But because of my determination to share this knowledge with as many people as possible, I decided to write a book. Since I have always been a do-it-yourself enthusiast, I chose to self-publish to make the book available in less than a year at a reasonable cost.
This was a big step toward sharing my insight on how to stay well, but my work has only just begun. Although the book is listed on Amazon sites around the world, the marketing is entirely up to me. Since I have no budget for publicity other than this website, I am relying on you to help spread the word and teach your family and friends how to avoid colds and allergies.
